Leadership
Reporting directly to the Market Vice President for Nevada and Arizona, as Director of Operations, you will be responsible for driving daily operations and overseeing a team of eight District Managers, including two in Las Vegas, four in Phoenix, and one each in Reno and Tucson. Every District Manager carries an existing book of business that they are responsible for growing and maintaining. Customer Relations
In addition to leading and supporting the team, you will build strategic relationships in the market as you serve as a point of contact between the team and customers. You'll need to fully understand each of the markets under your leadership.

A Team-Oriented Approach Up and Down the Ladder
The position includes a significant focus on tactical responsibilities and, as you might imagine, no two days will be the same. It's important to note that this is a role where you will be in the trenches, "blocking and tackling" and rolling up your sleeves to make an impact.

Specific responsibilities will include:
  • Tracking metrics for functions such as labor scheduling, contract compliance, flex-force management, training and much more
  • Supervising, coaching and mentoring the District Management team, and bringing on new talent as necessary
  • Monitoring various reports to ensure the branches are on target for operational and financial goals
  • Holding your teams to high standards for client satisfaction, and developing consultative relationships with clients
  • Ensuring the branches comply with all employment laws and other applicable regulatory requirements
