Reporting jointly to the Chief HR Officer and the Executive VP of Enterprise Accounts, in this newly created role you will be assigned exclusively to high-priority clients, which at this time includes primarily global tech clients, to best serve and further our partnership. This position will assist the Enterprise and Strategic Accounts by maintaining primary responsibility of setting strategy for recruiting, training, and human resources for the clients.

You will be responsible for supporting the growth and retention of the company’s largest and most strategic customers through managing all aspects of the Human Resources department. This will include overseeing the discipline/grievance process, personnel records, background screening, group insurance administration and monthly reconciliation, Workers’ Compensation, unemployment claims, Affirmative Action Planning, and leave of absence for employees in 50+ locations across the U.S. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate policies and applicable federal, state and local laws.

This is a huge opportunity to differentiate ourselves with a model that none of our competitors uses, and you’ll be a pioneer for helping to make this new model work.

In support of the above goals, some of your specific tasks will be to:
  • Coordinate with the Enterprise and Strategic Account Team and Labor scheduling on new hire availability, qualifications and current/future demand.
  • Ensure Recruiter has knowledge of open positions and Job Description for open positions and has been trained to maximize his or her effectiveness in filling those positions.
  • Identify staffing needs for the assigned clients.
  • Monitor and track candidates received, interviewed, and hired against open positions.
  • Administer leaves of absence, FMLA, PTO, etc.; employee relations activity, disciplinary actions; comp stat participation; implementing customer transitions; workers comp management; unemployment claims management, and employee records changes in PeopleSoft.
  • Work with G4S Enterprise and Strategic Account Team to ensure they maximize all opportunities and use all tools available for employee retention and development.

  • Identify, in coordination with the Enterprise and Strategic Account Team, opportunities for employee retention and development.
  • Ensure that employee appraisals are conducted correctly and in compliance with the annual schedule.
  • Ensure that managers are engaged in Performance Management with their employees.
  • Complete Affirmative Action Program compliance and planning activities.
  • Oversee all recruiting, selection, and placement processes.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed.

While your technical HR knowledge will be essential, success in this role will also require strong leadership skills. We're looking for a professional who can support team members across multiple sites while also holding them accountable. To excel in this role, you'll need to be willing to roll up your sleeves and do the hands-on HR work for a geographically diverse group of employees. Rather than developing policy, you'll primarily be implementing it, working directly with employees, site managers, RVPs, and more as you work to reach your goals by partnering with people who don’t report to you.

We are looking for a talented HR professional who can keep pace, inform decisions and offer strong solutions, while collaborating with the customer site and local management. You will leverage your influencing skills regularly with a number of executives and managers who have different backgrounds and personalities.

This is a multifaceted role that will evolve along with our clients' needs, so you'll need high energy and a knack for managing multiple responsibilities and competing priorities. In addition, to be an outstanding HR Director for Enterprise Accounts, you will:
  • Strike the right balance between day-to-day HR activities and strategic efforts.
  • Manage change effectively, including motivating others to embrace new processes.
  • Be direct and succinct as you collaborate with leadership.
  • Establish yourself as an approachable resource.
  • Drive and articulate the HR big picture, while also paying attention to details.
  • Remain flexible and adaptable as your role and the company evolve.
