To excel in this role you will take a proactive approach to establish your credibility -- in part that will come from your background, but you also should be able to interact effectively with people at all levels, from C-suite executives to security guards on patrol. Our most successful people are humble, motivated and smart.

As a consultant, you should be adept at taking in large amounts of information, and distilling out what is most important. We operate in a seller-doer model, and we're looking for a professional who can help our biggest customers identify their corporate risk issues and then build out a solution to meet their needs. We focus on an integrated approach, so you will need to understand and represent all of our services and products.

Furthermore, to excel in this role you will be a self-starter with a proactive spirit. You'll have a good deal of freedom and autonomy in managing this territory. We're looking for a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

In the first year we'll judge your success along two key metrics:
  • Achieving annual revenue targets.
  • Earning positive feedback from clients and internal partners that translates into business success.
